The holding is owned by the provincial Engineering Organizations of Iran. Its mission is to strengthen the technical capacity of the country, create wealth, build synergy with productive economic entities and deliver major domestic and international projects.
Capital: IRR 100 billion (1 million ordinary shares of IRR 100,000 each); IRR 35 billion paid in cash and IRR 65 billion committed by shareholders.
Headquarters: Tehran, Kavousiyeh, Shahid Mohammad Bagher Khodami St. Branches, offices in provinces, free zones and abroad may be established.
Duration: unlimited. Fiscal year: 1 Farvardin to 29 Esfand.
